Super easy low fat frozen yogurt with strawberries and coconut
Hi everyone!!
The heat in Cheshire is crazy today! I have already mentioned that I am huge fun of having a high protein greek yogurt mousse after working out, but is there anything better than frozen desserts during the heatwave?
Today I’ve made frozen yogurt with strawberries and dessicated coconut. Delicious, with 17 gr of protein and 1.8 gr of fibre per portion.
I hope you will enjoy this easy healthy dessert recipe! Of course you can recreate it with any frozen fruit you love and add any toppings you like! If you are interested in keeping it as low energy and low fat as possible, a drizzle of sugar free syrup or a few drops of sicilian lemon extract would make excellet toppings! I have decorated with frozen cranberries, strawberries and coconut.
