Healthy and easy Greek yogurt and cocoa powder mousse

A delicious, low fat and super easy dessert to satisfy your chocolate craving. It is high in protein as well, so it could be an ideal post-workout snack! I have it every evening and I love it. It is also a very “flexible” dessert, you can easily modify it according to your needs and preferences!
I totally recommend using it as a cupcake frosting too. It tastes amazing and you will have a lower fat cupcake!

- Do you prefer a higher fat version without added sweeteners? That’s a more appropriate version for gestational diabetes. You could use full fat Greek yogurt and skip the granulated sweetener!
- You could add vanilla essence, caramel flavour. Adding caramel flavour is my personal favourite option!
- You could use coconut yogurt for a vegan (but low protein) version.
- If you do not like honey, you can replace it with any added sugar-free syrup you love!
- You can replace the granulated sweetener by adding 5-6 mashed strawberries or any other fuit you find sweet.

Easy greek yogurt and cocoa powder mousse
High protein dessert with fat-free Greek yogurt and unsweetened cocoa powder. It is also a source of fibre and you need zero equipment to make it!
Equipment
- Just a spoon and your serving bowl!
Ingredients
- 170 grams (1 individual pot) fat free greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Add the yogurt, the cocoa powder and the sweetener in the serving bowl. Mix to the mixture smooth.
- Add the honey on top and mix again. It's ready and absolutely delicious!
