Chocolate Strawberry & Caramel cream – low fat
Creamy Low fat chocolate, strawberry and caramel dessert
It's strawberry season!! Time to combine the top dessert flavors; chocolate, strawberry and caramel.
Equipment
- electric hand mixer or milk frother
- freezer
Ingredients
- 80 grams strawberries (5 small strawberries)
- 1 tbsp fat free greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp philadelphia lightest soft cheese
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp caramel flavouring
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sugar free chocolate spread (sweet freedom chocolate pot)
- 1 tsp sugar free chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and chop them into very small pieces
- Add the strawberries, a tbsp of granulated swetener, the soft cheese, vanilla extract and the chocolate spread.
- Mix with the electric hand mixer until smooth
- Put the mixture into your serving bowl/container and freeze for 45 minutes.
- Mix 1 tbsp of sweetener, the yogurt and caramel flavor with the electric hand mixer until smooth.
- Add the caramel cream on top of the strawberry cream. Enjoy!
