How to make Banana and Blueberry oats with greek yogurt
Banana and Blueberry breakfast oatmeal
The heatwave is insane these days and warm oatmeal might not be your favourite option at the moment! These cold blueberry oats are so creamy and you don't have to soak them overnight 🙂I hope you will enjoy this super filling and delicious breakfast! There is nothing better for your gut health than a meal full of fibre (20% RI)!
Equipment

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (unthawed)
- 2 tbsp semi skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp fat free greek yogurt
- 1 small banana (chopped)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix the milk and the oats. Microwave the mixture for a minute.
- Add the blueberries, the chopped banana and the vanilla exract in the mixture. With a fork, mash the fruit and mix with the warm oats at the same time.
- Add the yogurt and mix with spoon until smooth.
