Ingredients
  

  • 150 grams fat free Greek yogurt
  • 100 grams fresh pineapple chunks
  • 100 grams fresh rasberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup (I have used a syrup with 5.3g fibre/100g
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract

Instructions
 

  • Wash the rasperries and pineapple chunks.
  • Add the pineapple, granulated sweetener, vanilla extract and lemon extract in the food processor.
  • Turn on the food processor and mix for approximately two minutes until smooth.
  • Add the Greek yogurt in the food processor and mix for another minute. Add the pineapple-yogurt cream to a bowl.
  • Rinse the food processor parts well. Add the rasberries and vanilla syrup, turn on the food processor and mix for a minute.
  • Take your serving bowl and add a thick layer of greek yogurt-pineapple cream. Add the rasberry layer on top. You can actually serve the rasberry and pineapple cream layers as you wish!
