Easy vegan truffles with prunes and white matcha chocolate

- 3 tbsp oats (30g)
- 30 g soft prunes, pitted, ready-to-eat, semi-dried (4 pieces)
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
- 20 g white matcha lemon chocolate
- 3 tbsp tap water
Add the oats in the food processor. Turn it on and blend for 10 seconds.
Add the rest of the igredients in the food processor. Turn it on and blend for 20 seconds.
Put a piece of cooking paper on your working surface or in a food container. Pinch off small pieces of the mixture and roll into balls.
The truffles are ready. You can eat them on the spot or chill them in a food container for 20 minutes. Put a piece of cooking paper in the container, if you haven't already.
Store the truffles in the fridge!
