Easy vegan truffles with prunes and white matcha chocolate

Four- igredient vegan truffles, ready in 10 minutes. You can optionally chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Equipment

  • food processor
  • thin wall food container with lid
  • cooking paper

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp oats (30g)
  • 30 g soft prunes, pitted, ready-to-eat, semi-dried (4 pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 20 g white matcha lemon chocolate
  • 3 tbsp tap water

Instructions
 

  • Add the oats in the food processor. Turn it on and blend for 10 seconds.
  • Add the rest of the igredients in the food processor. Turn it on and blend for 20 seconds.

  • Put a piece of cooking paper on your working surface or in a food container. Pinch off small pieces of the mixture and roll into balls.
  • The truffles are ready. You can eat them on the spot or chill them in a food container for 20 minutes. Put a piece of cooking paper in the container, if you haven't already.
  • Store the truffles in the fridge!
