Healthy lemon mousse with fat free quark
I am still going through a late-evening dessert phase. Probably because I am currently watching the Whole Cake Island arc from One Piece!
If you like desserts with lemony flavour, this easy and low energy recipe will satisfy your emergency craving!

Ingredients

tbsp
fat free quark cheese
1
tbsp
fat free greek yogurt
2
tbsp
fresh single cream
1/2
tsp
lemon extract
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tbsp
granulated sweetener
1/2
tsp
lemon zest
(to decorate)
Instructions
Mix the single cream, the lemon and vanilla extracts and the sweetener with a spoon.
Add a tablespoon of quark and mix with the electric mixer until smooth.
Add the second tablespoon of quark and mix with the electric mixer until smooth.
Add the yogurt and mix with a spoon.
Optional: Add 1/2 tsp of lemon zest on top to decorate.
