Another amazing healthy dessert idea! Greek yogurt recipes are really the best!This recipe is ideal in two cases:a) It's morning, you are late and you cannot decide if you want to spend making coffee or having a quick snack. This recipe combines both!b) You are craving tiramisu out of nowhere.
Fold the napkin and start pressing the coffee granules to turn them into fine coffee powder.

Mix the cocoa powder, the coffee and the sweetener in a mixing bowl/jug.
Add the single cream and vanilla extract. Slightly mix the igredients with a spoon.
Use the frother to mix until smooth. It will take approximately a minute. If you don't have an electric mixer that's fine! You can use a spoon, it will just take a minute more to achieve the right texture.
Add the yogurt and chocolate syrup. Mix with a spoon until the colour looks even.
The mousse is ready! If you are making for yourself, you can grab a spoon and enjoy while watching anime.
If you are serving it to other human beings, this dessert will look nice in any serving bowl! You can decorate with coffeee granules to avoid extra calories :)
